Stand up to internet sales taxes
To the Editor: I was dismayed when I saw the ruling by the Supreme Court allowing collection of taxes on internet sales. I very much enjoy living in a state with few taxes on my purchases and earnings, and additionally think it is a too-heavy burden on small businesses who are able to expand their customer base via the internet.

To the Editor: American Legion Post 27 would like to thank the Charles George Companies in Londonderry for the donation of dumpsters to assist a veteran in need. The members of our post helped this veteran by cleaning out his house and trash removal was provided at no charge.

Sentencing a sexual predator
To the Editor: A typical bank robber does not go out and rob a bank every day. Many of them live a normal life on their 'off' days. They may be very friendly to their neighbors, have a nice home, a good family, and pick up after their dog when they walk them on a leash. Are we now to expect the neighbors to line up and beg for leniency...

Forgotten by the Legislature
