After we remove the Merrimack tolls
To the Editor: Now that the State of New Hampshire and the Town of Merrimack are about to review the long overdue removal of tolls at the Everett Turnpike ramps on Exits 10 and 11, I think they should go one step further, and consider the possibility of adding northern on and off-ramps at exit 12, which is now southbound only.
