Manchester man charged with 4th DUI after Bridge St. rollover
MANCHESTER - A city man with a history of drunk driving was arrested on multiple charges after a rollover crash on a Bridge Street lawn, police said Monday. Mark Belair, 54, was taken into custody after crashing near the intersection of Bridge and Belmont streets about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, police said.
