Give veterans a choice
To the Editor: Something seems wrong when a VA rated 100 percent disabled veteran cannot get the level of medical care Congress voted for themselves or even the choices their dependents have under ChampVA. Instead disabled veterans get if approved space-available treatment outside the VA system and time-available inside it.
